Q: Does 5-StarPerformance Price-Match the competition? A: Yes. We like to believe that our customers choose quality, & customer service over thrift. But we also realize that this is a very competitive market, & price is a factor. Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Click on the Service tab, enter your confirmation #, & click "Go". This will then display your order, & show you any tracking info that is available.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: Does 5-StarPerformance do installs? A: Yes. We are a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Dealership. Nobody knows these cars better than us! So if you would like us to install products on your vehicle, just call 1-800-220-2141 & ask for the Service Dept to schedule an appointment.
Q: What do I do if I dont see the product Im looking for? A: E-mail us with your request. We may have the product you are looking for, just not on our website. If we don't have it then we will make efforts to find the product for you. We can get anything that any of the brands we carry make, so just let us know what you need.
Q: What do I do if my product arrives damaged? A: Do not install or tamper with the product at all and do not discard the shipping box or label. If possible, take photos of the damage. Contact us via phone or email to notify us of the damage and we will make the necessary steps to file a claim with the shipping company and get you a replacement part as quickly as possible. Q: What do I do if I receive the wrong product? A: Call us right away! We make every attempt to ship exactly what you ordered, but errors do happen.
